Martha Buracker – Owner buracker@comcast.net
Martha  has 16 years experience in the construction industry and handles the business end of Buracker Construction LLC.  She manages the office, draws up estimates and contracts, is responsible for all of the incoming and outgoing bills and payroll. Martha also is responsible for marketing and advertising. In addition to her work at Buracker Construction LLC she is also the Treasurer of the Warren County Builders Association and is Warren County’s representative on the Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional HOME Consortium Advisory Council.
Dave Buracker- Superintendent dburacker@buracker-construction.com
Dave has 29 years experience in the construction industry.  At age 16 he was a laborer for his father’s masonry business and became proficient in laying block and brick.  After high school he traveled to the Washington area as a laborer, then moved up to carpenter and then lead carpenter on a framing crew for townhouse projects and single family dwellings.  In 1994 Dave started his own framing crew for other contractors.  In 1999 Dave became Superintendent for Buracker Construction LLC and is currently in the same position.  At Buracker Construction LLC, Dave is responsible for overseeing all projects and ensuring they are on schedule and running efficiently.  He has a great working relationship with all of our employees, suppliers, subcontractors and building officials.  His extensive construction knowledge makes it easy for him to answer customers questions regarding their project.  Dave also is proficient in AutoCad and is responsible for inhouse construction drawings for our customers.   In addition to his work at Buracker Construction LLC, Dave recently completed a 4 year term on the Warren County Board of Building Code Appeals and was recently re-appointed to a second term.
Luke Cornwell - Project Manager lcornwell@buracker-construction.com
Luke is a 2009 graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S Degree in Building Construction and a minor in Real Estate.  He has worked part-time for Buracker Construction LLC since he was 16 and is the son of owner Martha Buracker. In addition to his work at Buracker Construction he has also worked for Beliveau Development while attending Virginia Tech.  Professor Beliveau is also the Building Construction Department Head at Virginia Tech.  Luke brings the latest in construction management and new technology to our business such as, 3D and 2D Modeling, scheduling, and estimating software.
Dusty Cornwell – Landscape and Hardscapes Manager
Dusty is a 2005 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Horticulture.  Dusty is responsible for overseeing the yard and outdoor living spaces for our customers.  He ensures that the yard is graded properly and prepared for seed, straw and hydroseeding.  In addition, he oversee’s the installation of the patio’s, sidewalks, retaining walls, landscaping or any other item a customer may want in their Yard our Outdoor Living Area.
Greg and Steve Mathews
The Mathews brothers are our Lead Carpenters.  Between them they have over 50 years experience in the construction industry.
They are skilled in framing, siding, roofing, trusses, and trim work. They are responsible for leading the crew on the job during the workday and reporting back to the Project Manager or Superintendent as to progress, materials required, or any other job related issues that may arise during the workday.  They treat each house/project as if it were their own and their pride shows in their work. 
Adam Silverthorn – Carpenter
Adam attended JMU for 3 + years then decided that college wasn’t for him.  Lucky for us.  Adam is a carpenter and is quickly learning the carpentry trade.  He never complains, does everything asked of him, works well with the rest of the crew and is smart.  The customers have nothing but good to say about him. He will be moving up with our company as his skills progress
